Itkin-Ansari Lab is a research laboratory affiliated with Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. Their research is focused primarily on diabetes and pancreatic cancer.

This site employs a full-width carousel on the homepage to display the colorful images the laboratory has taken under the microscope. There are also several hover effects used through out the site pages that engage the user. This site was built using javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
